Aerosmith is the most overrated band of all time. They have maybe 4 good songs. Also, you can't replace the front man after all these years. I may not like them, but lets face it Steven Tyler is Aerosmith.

this is sad. it reminds me of a similar case going on here in baltimore, where a man is accused of killing a college student in a hit and run; he's had his license suspended and has been charged with impaired driving many times before: http://bit.ly/LX51sin extreme cases like these, you can't help but wonder why someone hasn't locked them up and thrown away the key. what is the line between understanding and penalties that truly punish?it seems it's not really the judges who are at the true root of the problem ... oftentimes, the traffic laws themselves have little teeth..
