Midtower, you make a good point.What the defense dont see is the fact that "allowing defendants to sue" will NOT put a heavy burden on procesutors.Why? Because not ALL prosecutors FALSIFY EVIDENCE (at least they shouldnt)...If they do, then HELL YEAH, put a burden on them SOOO HEAVY, it will scar them for LIFE...

They don't - it would be for power outages only. Sending voltage down the wire is one of the reasons we're all capped at 56k dialup (less than that actually), along with the need for dedciated voice lines.Combining voice into data (VOIP) would eliminate the need for the legacy systems maintenance and would dedicate us to an all data system capable of more bandwith for everyone, not just urban areas...

Then stop selling phones locked into a carrier or give people the option to request an unlock from carriers in places like Canada and the US after they have either bought the phone at full price or paid out the contract. If I paid around 800 bucks for a phone, I expect to be able to use it with other SIMs when I travel or if I decide to move to another country.Right now, jailbreaking would do me no good even if I wanted to try it because you cannot unlock an iPhone 3GS once you have upgraded to 3.1.2 the official way. I had not jailbroken my iPhone 3GS before because I had no need to. I've always been confused about which part of evolution people disagree with. Do they deny mutation? Do they deny that a mutation can potentially make something more fit to survive and reproduce? Do they deny that animals that survive and reproduce have offspring who share their traits? Which part do they deny?

Apex is correct. Buying a drink sure as hell doesn't mean you have money. It means you were big enough of a chump to fork over the dough for her. Make her earn it first. Getting women is more about standing out than fitting in. When girls ask me to buy them drinks I usually respond with "Only if you buy me one first" followed by a smile. Stand your ground and be confident without being an ass. If she has any actual interest rather than just trying to bum a drink I guarantee she will stay.Just be confident. Women love confidence. If later perhaps she has warmed up to you significantly, done something for you, invested time, etc. (a.k.a. actually earned a gift, as that is what a drink is, and you don't just give out random gifts to everyone) then I don't mind buying. Honestly this works 20 times better than buying her a drink. I know plenty of girls who go to the bar with no money specifically to get chumps to buy them drinks all night.
