Still no competition to the Core i5 750. They cost the same, but the Core i5 is more efficient (consumes less power), is more over-clockable (2.66 to 3.8GHz easily), is faster at stock, and downright owns it clock-for-clock (e.g. both at 3.8GHz).AMD needs a new architecture. They have lost the performance crown to Intel for some years and now Intel is even winning in terms of bang-for-buck.
I work in a casino. It is stated on every machine that a malfunction negates any payout. There was obviously a malfunction if the top prize is under $100K. Whatever offer he got is more than he "earned". I'd take the settlement too! @stk198323 - It's not a vending machine. The person is NOT expecting a return with each spin. If he is, then he is a moron. It MIGHT be like if you dropped a buck into a candy machine and the door popped open. You are NOT entitled to all the candy in the machine.

This is why justice is perverted. I think we can all agree that child pornography is a heinous and disturbing crime, but when the appearance of a crime overrides due process one has to wonder how effective the court system is. Furthermore, most juries judging this type of case would severely lack the technical expertise needed to make a fair assessment of the evidence..

I don't have time to go through every spurious claim on the website. I pointed out one specific claim and explained why the claim was poorly reasoned.Your response is a red herring. If you want to defend your crappy website please explain why my rebuttal to their claim is wrong, don't fly off on some unrelated point as if you're somehow countering my point by doing so.
